Content Notes	All Roads Lead to the Washington County Fair, Fayetteville, Ark., Oct. 3 to 6; Worth Coming Miles to See; Better than Ever Before. On verso, message says: "We are mailing a card to every influential citizen in Washington County asking that they use their influence to make our Fair the biggest and best. We have secured at a great expense an airship which will make a flight every day during the Fair. We want you, your family, your friends and neighbords to be with us Oct. 3 to 6. Special trains each day with reduced fare, one and one-half fare for the round trip.
